AIDP prende parte a progetti a livello nazionale ed internazionale ed è promotrice di ricerche sulle più importanti tematiche attinenti il mondo del lavoro e il futuro della direzione HR. L'attività dell'Associazione è fortemente coinvolta sia nei social network sia per promuovere l'orientamento professionale attraverso master, incontri, opportunità di stage per i giovani iscritti AIDP .
