In a study carried out by the Defender of Rights, entitled "Working conditions and experiences of discrimination in the profession of lawyer in France", an observation was drawn up: discrimination does not spare the profession of lawyer. However, there is no doubt that the profession will not be able to exceed discrimination linked to disability, if a minimum of pedagogy is not achieved.
Indeed, disability remains a taboo subject, and our students find themselves confronted throughout their studies and career. From there was born the initiative to mobilize good will to seize the subject.
The aim of this program is to identify "role models" from the L2 which, during their studies or their internships, will show how the world of law can receive and bring with these professionals recognized with disabilities, and disability in general.
The initiator of the project that has become an association in 2019, Stéphane Baller, brought together voluntary actors - the Hauts de Seine bar, Hedac, the Pré Barreau, the French Association of Business Jurists, Open Law and the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas - and two exceptional sponsors Virginie Delalande and Matthieu Juglar - President of the Association - To build a support program for students and valids University, at the bar and during their internships. These are also research and information lobbying actions throughout the year and the implementation of a label to highlight the efforts of the law professions identified by the right association as an H!

Permettre aux jeunes talents en situation de handicap de pouvoir rejoindre les métiers du droit
Dans une étude réalisée par le Défenseur des Droits, intitulée « Conditions de travail et expériences des discriminations dans la profession d’avocat en France », un constat a été dressé : la discrimination n’épargne pas la profession d’avocat. Cependant, cette étude ne mentionne pas le handicap parmi les principaux critères de discrimination de la profession. Or, il ne fait pas de doutes que la profession ne pourra pas dépasser la discrimination liée au handicap, si un minimum de pédagogie n’est pas réalisé.
En effet, le handicap demeure un sujet tabou, et nos étudiants s’y retrouvent confronté tout au long de leurs études et carrière. De là est née l’initiative de mobiliser les bonnes volontés pour s’emparer du sujet .
Ce programme a pour objectif d’identifier des « role model » dès la L2 qui, durant leurs études ou leurs stages, montreront à quel point le monde du Droit peut recevoir et apporter avec ces professionnels reconnus en situation de handicap, et le handicap en général.
L'initiateur du projet devenu association en 2019, Stéphane Baller, a rassemblé des acteurs volontaires - le Barreau des Hauts de Seine, l'HEDAC, le Pré Barreau, l'Association Française des Juristes d'Entreprise, Open Law et l'Université Paris 2 Panthéon Assas - et deux parrains d'exception Virginie Delalande et Matthieu Juglar - Président de l'Association - pour construire un programme d'accompagnement des étudiants et des valides qui vont les guider à l'Université, à l'école du Barreau et durant leurs stages . Ce sont aussi des actions de lobbying de recherche et d'information tout au long de l'année et la mise en place d'un label pour mettre en valeur les efforts des professions du Droit identifiés par l'association Droit comme un H !
