Ecofrugal Project SAS est une entreprise de l'économie sociale et solidaire dont la mission est d’accompagner les individus et les organisations dans leur transition écologique. Nous nous adressons aux particuliers, aux grands-groupes, ETI et collectivités.
Nous accompagnons les responsables RH , RSE et COMEX pour accélérer et valoriser la transformation écologique de leur organisation en impliquant les collaborateurs dès leur prise de fonction, puis tout au long de leur évolution et ce à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
Notre objectif : faire de chaque collaborateur un contributeur à la politique environnementale de l’entreprise.
Comment ?
1- En proposant un onboarding RSE à vos nouveaux collaborateurs.
2- En infusant la RSE dans le quotidien de vos salariés via des moments forts et l’animation de votre communauté de salariés engagés et de vos Ambassadeurs RSE.
3- En impliquant les salariés à la fois dans la définition de la stratégie RSE, sa déclinaison opérationnelle et son déploiement.
Avec le soutien de nos partenaires privés et publics dont l'ADEME, nous accompagnons aussi les particuliers via nos ateliers gratuits sur étagère
