    Parks – Liberi e Uguali è un’associazione senza scopo di lucro i cui soci sono esclusivamente datori di lavoro. Obiettivo specifico dell’associazione è aiutare le aziende socie a comprendere appieno e realizzare al massimo le potenzialità di business legate allo sviluppo di strategie e buone pratiche rispettose delle diversità.
    In Parks crediamo che l’inclusione e il rispetto siano vincenti soltanto se coinvolgono davvero tutti. Per questo ci siamo dati la missione di lavorare avendo un focus preciso e prevalente su una delle aree più difficili e culturalmente sfidanti del Diversity Management: quella legata all’orientamento sessuale e all’identità di genere.
