Ivani is a nationally recognized technology and intellectual property development company focusing on IoT solutions for sustainability related problems. Sensify, Ivani's primary technology offering, is a patented custom firmware that allows wireless communication systems to observe Radio Frequency (RF) disturbances without adding new hardware. The custom firmware is loaded onto non-customized wireless communications hardware (smart switches, outlets, light bulbs, thermostats, etc), allowing integration of the technology into both new and legacy products. It analyzes these disturbances to detect human presence or absence in an area.

The technology has multiple levels of functionality including Change Detection (Motion Sensing), Presence Detection (True Occupancy), and beyond. Applications for the data enable autonomous lighting control, optimized HVAC, advanced physical security, proximity marketing and much more.
