    CREATING CONSCIOUS AND LOVABLE EYEWEAR SINCE 2010

    JIMMY FAIRLY was born out of a desire to change the optical sector, to bring innovation and transparency to it.

    Its founder, Antonin Chartier, does not have the classic profile of an entrepreneur. After studying sport and psychology for a few years, he decided to become an entrepreneur. At the age of 23, he came up with THE right idea, and turned to the optical sector.

    His idea was to create an inspirational eyewear brand with a fair price and a positive social impact, and JIMMY FAIRLY was born.

    In November 2010, he presented his concept at a start-up competition in Toulouse, alongside around thirty other participants. There he met Sacha Bostoni, with whom he formed a partnership "in less than twenty-four hours". They quickly managed to find an investor who enabled them to launch the business online.

    After a complicated start online, in May 2011 Antonin and Sacha used their last savings to open a shop in a shopping district, rue Vieille-du-Temple, in the Marais district.

    "In a fortnight, we made more money than our best month on the Internet. Glasses are a health product, and people need to try them on and be reassured."

    A few years later, Jimmy Fairly took off and now has nearly 120 shops across France, UK, Belgium, Spain and Italy.
