Créé en 1989 et comptant 14 communes à l’origine, le SICTIAM (Syndicat mixte d’Ingénierie pour les Collectivités et Territoires Innovants des Alpes et de la Méditerranée) est aujourd’hui l’un des plus grands établissements de services numériques et énergétiques du secteur public. Quelle que soit la taille de la collectivité ou de l’établissement public, le SICTIAM se fixe pour objectif d'accompagner ses adhérents dans la transition numérique et énergétique, en s’appuyant sur les conseils et l’expertise de spécialistes.

Enfin, le SICTIAM poursuit son projet de déploiement de la fibre optique pour le Département des Alpes-Maritimes. Grâce à ce chantier d'envergure, 100% du territoire sera connecté, permettant aux habitants, entreprises ou infrastructures publiques de bénéficier d'une offre Internet très haut débit.
