L’Union participe à la négociation de notre convention collective au sein de la Commission Paritaire Mixte, est présente au conseil d’administration de l’Ecole Nationale de Procédure et de la Caisse de Retraite des Clercs et Employés d’Huissier de Justice (CARCO)
L’Union intervient également au sein du FIF PL, Fonds d’assurance formation, et à ce titre assure l’Etude de tout dossier de prise en charge d’une formation.
L’Union organise annuellement un séminaire de formation sur des thèmes ayant trait à notre activité.
L’adhésion est annuelle et individuelle.
Son coût est de 180 € (150 € + 30 € TVA à 20%) .
