bureau Brandeis is a Dutch boutique law firm, specialized in complex litigation.

We represent our clients in all stages of proceedings, before courts and tribunals. Besides dispute resolution by means of litigation, we offer services such as arbitration, mediation and investigation in enquiry proceedings. We prevent disputes with our diligent compliance work. Furthermore, we offer consulting services on government and public affairs.

Our clients are companies and interest groups. They are often referred to us by other law firms, acknowledging that we are true specialists.

Focus
We are a truly independent law firm. We choose not to represent the Dutch government bodies, big banks and accountancy firms. This gives bureau Brandeis a unique position in the market.

We attack and defend. We accept cases that we care about and are outspoken about matters of public interest. We have a preference for the challenger.

Tribute
Our name is a tribute to the late Supreme Court judge and top-litigator Louis D. Brandeis. Considered by many the inventor of modern privacy law. Brandeis was a reformer, critical of abuse of power, corruption and monopolies.
