ANERR, Asociación Nacional de Empresas de Rehabilitación y Reforma, se creó en 2011, en un momento en que la obra nueva se desplomaba y se asentaban las bases para la renovación urbana que se vislumbraba con el futuro del sector dado el gran número de inmuebles poco o mal mantenidos, que además carecían de aspectos básicos como son la accesibilidad y aislamiento. Por ello era necesario un interlocutor de la Rehabilitación tanto con la Administración, el Sector y el Ciudadano, para difundir las bondades de la rehabilitación y reforma, como para profesionalizar el sector y defenderlo del intrusismo y empresas alegales. Desde entonces, ANERR sigue al servicio del Ciudadano para informarle y ayudarle a realizar sus obras con empresas solventes, con el sello de Empresa Adherida a ANERR.
