    [Automatic translation follows] Created in 1993 and managed today by 2 of its founding partners, Anne-Charlotte Zanassi and Dominique Vitti, the Philéas agency participates in innovations in the making of the city and poses its reflection on the urban scale to better connect the architectural project with all its social and environmental issues.

    Their architectural identity and production have always been anchored in three strong themes:
    - collaborative: multi-architectural association on projects, co-founder of the former Plan01 and French Touch collectives;

    - eco-design: the Plan02 environmental office integrated into the agency participates in all projects;

    - social innovation: reconversion of buildings, programmatic diversity, new uses at the heart of projects

    Driving force of an architecture that transcends constraints into poetic added value, the Philéas workshop constructs sustainable buildings which implicitly dialogue with the city through games of reflection, refraction, perspectives and openings which make them contemporary objects at the crossroads of architecture, landscape and design.

    Créée en 1993 et dirigée aujourd'hui par 2 de ses associés fondateurs, Anne-Charlotte Zanassi et Dominique Vitti, l’agence Philéas participe aux innovations de la fabrique de la ville et pose sa réflexion à l’échelle urbaine pour mieux y connecter le projet architectural avec tous ses enjeux sociaux et environnementaux.

    Leur identité et leur production architecturales sont ancrées depuis toujours dans trois thématiques fortes:
    - le collaboratif : association pluri-architecturale sur les projets, cofondateur des anciens collectifs Plan01 et French Touch;

    - l’éco-conception : le bureau environnemental Plan02 intégré à l’agence participe à tous les projets ;

    - l’innovation sociale : reconversion de bâtiments, mixité programmatique, nouveaux usages au coeur des projets

    Moteur d’une architecture qui transcende les contraintes en plus-values poétiques, l’atelier Philéas construit des bâtiments durables qui dialoguent implicitement avec la ville par des jeux de réflexions, réfractions, perspectives et ouvertures qui en font des objets contemporains à la croisée de l’architecture, du paysage et du design.
