Relais Culture Europe is a platform on Europe and culture. Its mission is to support the European cultural innovation practices of cultural and creative actors by supporting the development of capacities and projects, cooperation networks and European exchange and research communities.
As Creative Europe Desk for France, Relais Culture Europe offers support in the mobilisation of the Creative Europe programme as well as information on other European funding available for culture.

Relais Culture Europe est une plateforme d’innovation sur l’Europe et la culture. Sa mission est de soutenir les pratiques d'innovation culturelle européenne des acteurs culturels et créatifs par l'appui au développement de capacités et de projets, de réseaux de coopération et de communautés d'échanges et de recherche européennes.
Assurant la fonction de Bureau Europe Créative pour la France, Relais Culture Europe propose un appui dans la mobilisation du programme Europe Créative ainsi qu'une information sur les autres financements européens ouverts à la culture.
Relais Culture Europe favorise l'animation des questions de recherche et d'innovation culturelle européenne, à travers une mission Recherche pour faciliter l'émergence et le développement de projets pouvant mobiliser Horizon Europe.
Relais Culture Europe développe des partenariats avec les régions françaises, de l’Hexagone et d'Outre-mer, autour de l'animation des questions d'innovation et de coopération européennes sur les territoires.
Avec le soutien du ministère de la Culture, du CNC et de la Commission européenne.
