Association d’éducation, Pistes-Solidaires s’inscrit dans un processus qui favorise les savoirs, les compétences et les attitudes promouvant la justice et l’égalité dans une société interculturelle et un monde interdépendant. Pistes-Solidaires est née d’une ambition : sensibiliser aux problèmes globaux et montrer le potentiel du changement ; permettre aux gens de comprendre les liens entre leur propre vie et celles des gens du monde entier.
Les adhérents de Pistes Solidaires inscrivent leur action dans les valeurs de partage et de mutualisation de l’éducation populaire. Ils ont en commun le désir de créer, d’animer, les différentes volontés et initiatives de ceux qui aspirent à une évolution et un développement solidaire, humaniste, de tolérance mutuelle, et respectueux de l’environnement naturel.
Si l’éducation est au cœur de notre projet associatif, l’éducation au développement durable en est la structure.
Nous concevons l’éducation comme un tout et notre action éducative – qui s’entend tout au long de la vie – est fondée sur les 4 piliers de l’UNESCO: apprendre à connaître, apprendre à faire, apprendre à vivre ensemble, apprendre à être.
