Licken est une association à but non lucratif, qui a pour vocation de participer au développement économique et à la redynamisation des centres-villes et zones rurales, en relayant les opportunités d'implantation au sein de ces territoires.
Concrètement, nous mettons à disposition des collectivités, une plateforme entièrement garatuite permettant de diffuser à l'échelle nationale des annonces réparties dans les trois catégories suivantes:
1) Appels à candidatures 🎯
- Pour développer une activité spécifique (touristique, culturelle, commerciale, ...)
- Pour faciliter l'installation d'un nouveau professionnel sur une commune lorsqu'il y a un besoin non comblé
- Pour référencer des espaces non-utilisés (publics ou privés) afin de lancer des appels à projets pour la transformation de ces lieux
2) Reprises d’activités 🔁
- Pour maintenir une activité essentielle à la communauté locale, en cas de départ sans repreneur identifié
3) Locaux professionnels 🏬
- Pour promouvoir une pépinière d’entreprises, un espace de co-working, un tiers-lieu, des bureaux
L'objectif est également de mettre en avant les aides potentielles à l'installation pour attirer de nouveaux candidats l'implantation (aides financières, avantages fiscaux, mise à disposition d'un local, d'un logement, formation professionnelle...).
La plateforme est entièrement gratuite, car nous souhaitons fédérer un maximum d'acteurs autour d'un projet commun d'intérêt général: la redynamisation de nos territoires.
