Helping entrepreneurs, free of charge, to obtain a bank loan more easily and to develop a sustainable business thanks to:
- support in the financial arrangement of business projects;
- an honorary loan at 0% rate;
- connection with banks, other financiers and support networks for business creation;
- sponsorship by an experienced business leader;
- monitoring in the first years of activity.
88% of the entrepreneurs we supported are still in business after 3 years (compared to 66% on average).
In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, our network supports nearly one in 10 companies.
WHAT IS THE ROLE OF REGIONAL COORDINATION?
At the heart of the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, we build lasting links with our partners: the Region, the Caisse des Dépôts, partner banks and other support networks. Our objective for all: to enable entrepreneurs to undertake business in good conditions and to contribute to the economic and social development of our territories, over time.
The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Initiative regional coordination is a team of 8 people. We lead the 35 local associations, represent them with our public and private partners and ensure communication at the regional level.

Créé il y a 30 ans, Initiative France est un réseau d'expert.e.s en financement, de bénévoles chef.fe.s d'entreprise et professionnel.le.s de l'entrepreneuriat (expert.e.s-comptables, avocat.e.s, banquier.ère.s...).
QUELLE EST NOTRE MISSION ?
Aider gratuitement les entrepreneur.e.s à obtenir un prêt bancaire plus facilement et à développer une activité pérenne grâce à :
- un soutien dans le montage financier des projets d'entreprise ;
- un prêt d'honneur à taux 0 % ;
- une mise en relation avec les banques, autres financeurs et réseaux d'accompagnement à la création d'entreprise ;
- un parrainage par un.e chef.fe d'entreprise expérimenté.e ;
- un suivi dans les premières années d'activité.
88 % entrepreneur.e.s que nous avons accompagné.e.s sont encore en activité après 3 ans (contre 66 % en moyenne).
En Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, notre réseau accompagne près d'une entreprise sur 10.

Notre objectif à tou.te.s : permettre aux entrepreneur.e.s d'entreprendre dans de bonnes conditions et de contribuer au développement économique et social de nos territoires, dans la durée.
La coordination régionale Initiative Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes est une équipe de 8 personnes. Nous animons les 35 associations locales, les représentons auprès de nos partenaires publics et privés et assurons la communication au niveau régional.
