Destinés aux étudiants et jeunes diplômés de tous horizons, les programmes START et UP accompagnent gratuitement depuis 5 ans, les porteurs de projets depuis la validation de l’opportunité entrepreneuriale (START), jusqu’au développement commercial et l’émancipation des jeunes sociétés (UP).
Pour répondre aux demandes et sollicitations, le programme PRO voit aujourd’hui le jour. Cette offre est particulièrement adaptée aux porteurs de projets ayant déjà eu des expériences professionnelles et souhaitant créer leur société. Il va permettre aussi à l’incubateur de mettre son expertise au service des entreprises en accompagnant leurs salariés en démarche de reconversion professionnelle.
Manufactory, un service public d’incubation
L’objectif de Manufactory est de rendre l’entrepreneuriat accessible à tous. Être basé sur un campus de plus de 30 000 étudiants permet de toucher des entrepreneurs issus de différents milieux sociaux et porteurs de projets très divers.
Si l’objectif principal de l’accompagnement est la création d’entreprise ce n’en n’est pas l’unique finalité, les compétences entrepreneuriales permettent une meilleure insertion professionnelle.
L’accompagnement des projets est réalisé par l’équipe de Manufactory et enrichi d’interventions d’experts thématiques et de membres de l'écosystème entrepreneurial lyonnais. Incubateur universitaire, Manufactory bénéficie des ressources de l’Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 et de l’appui d’enseignants-chercheurs.
