The connected loop is a young and dynamic concept studio in Ghent. We assist companies with digital innovation projects in which user experience is key. This means that we usually remain involved from the strategic thinking exercise and the formation of the business case to the elaboration and validation of a number of concepts, but we also provide the actual further development of the concept into a platform or (mobile) application; both back-end and front-end. Intensive user testing and prototyping bring the added value that our customers are looking for.
