HOTREC is the umbrella association of Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés and similar establishments in Europe. We bring together 47 associations in 36 countries. Together, we are the voice of the European hospitality industry.

Hospitality is at the heart of European tourism. It grows the economy, creates jobs, and enables innovation by unlocking its potential.

Mission:
- Represent and champion our interests to EU and international institutions
- Share knowledge and best practices with our members
- Act as a platform of expertise for the European hospitality industry
