Le groupe FINORPA est un des principaux intervenants en fonds propres et quasi fonds propres auprès des PME de la Région Hauts de France. FINORPA Gestion, société de gestion agréée par l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), dispose d’une capacité d'intervention de l'ordre de 15 millions d’euros par an. Dotés de 80 M€, le groupe FINORPA investit dans les PME pour financer leur projet de création, de développement, et de transmission. En 30 ans, le Groupe FINORPA a accompagné plus de 2 000 entreprises dans les secteurs de l’industrie, des services (distribution, conseil, transport, TIC), de la santé, etc.
Le Groupe FINORPA, est entré au capital, depuis 2009, du FONDS RÉGIONAL DE GARANTIE (FRG), qui permet aux PME et ETI de disposer d’une contre-garantie financière aux prêts à moyen et long terme, aux opérations de crédit-bail mobilier et immobilier, d'apports en fonds propres ou de créances professionnelles.
Le groupe FINORPA anime également la société FINORPA CONSEILS qui participe au redéploiement des territoires sujets aux restructurations économiques.
