Tremplin Handicap is a national association of general non -profit interest. With its network of nearly 150 partner employers, we want to contribute to a more inclusive company which gives a place for each young person with disabilities.
How ? By promoting their academic success and their professional integration that meets their potential.
It is thanks to individual support that is part of time, as well as many collective workshops that we contribute to the development of qualification, preparation for employment and professional integration of college students, high school students , students and young graduates with disabilities.
Our partner employers (private and public), alongside our association, encourage these young people to reach the highest level of studies possible, to build themselves from an ambitious and realistic professional project and to carry out it. These employers are ready to welcome them on an internship, summer job, student job, work -study and employment. And they are, in turn, accompanied and followed by Tremplin Handicap for the implementation of these receptions.
Even before the search for an economic impact on their employment obligation, Partner employers of Tremplin Handicap, as part of their CSR engagement, seek a societal impact to meet the challenges of training and employment of young people in Handicap situation.
Tremplin Handicap is also for its network of employers an actor in the awareness of their employees through the various actions, the various events that we offer. It is also for them and for them an opportunity for societal commitment to young people who turn to the association.

TREMPLIN Handicap est une association nationale d’intérêt général à but non lucratif. Avec son réseau de près de 150 employeurs partenaires, nous voulons contribuer à une société plus inclusive qui donne une place à chaque jeune en situation de handicap.
Comment ? En favorisant leur réussite académique et leur insertion professionnelle à la hauteur de leur potentiel.
C’est grâce à un accompagnement individuel qui s’inscrit dans le temps, ainsi qu’à de nombreux ateliers collectifs que nous contribuons au développement de la qualification, à la préparation à l’emploi et à l’insertion professionnelle des collégiens, lycéens, étudiants et jeunes diplômés en situation de handicap.
Nos employeurs partenaires (privés et publics), aux côtés de notre association, encouragent ces jeunes à atteindre le plus haut niveau d’études possible, à se construire d’un projet professionnel ambitieux et réaliste et à le réaliser. Ces employeurs sont prêts à les accueillir en stage, job d’été, job étudiant, alternance et en emploi. Et ils sont, à leur tour, accompagnés et suivis par TREMPLIN Handicap pour la mise en place de ces accueils.
Avant même la recherche d’un impact économique sur leur obligation d’emploi, les employeurs partenaires de TREMPLIN Handicap, dans le cadre de leur engagement RSE, recherchent un impact sociétal pour répondre aux enjeux de la formation et de l’emploi des jeunes en situation de handicap.
TREMPLIN Handicap est aussi pour son réseau d’employeurs un acteur de la sensibilisation de leurs collaboratrices et collaborateurs à travers les différentes actions, les différents évènements que nous proposons. C’est également pour elles et pour eux une opportunité d’engagement sociétal auprès des jeunes qui se tournent vers l’association.
