QUALITEL's missions are multiple and organized within different structures:

Les missions de QUALITEL sont multiples et organisées au sein de différentes structures :
- L’Association QUALITEL est une association indépendante, à but non lucratif, fondée en 1974 avec pour mission de promouvoir la qualité de l’habitat par la certification et l’information du grand public. Elle fédère autour de cet objectif commun les principaux acteurs du logement : organisations professionnelles, associations de consommateurs et pouvoirs publics.
- CERQUAL QUALITEL Certification, organisme certificateur de l’Association QUALITEL, fondé en 2004, accompagne les collectivités territoriales, promoteurs, constructeurs et bailleurs sociaux dans leur politique de logement et de développement durable pour l’évaluation des exigences de qualité, confort, santé, performance énergétique et écoconstruction dans l'habitat.
- QIOS Qualitel Expertise, filiale d'évaluation et d’expertise de l'association QUALITEL fondé en 1997. Centré sur les domaines de la qualité globale, l'acoustique, l’énergie, la santé et l’environnement, QIOS développe ses activités vers la maîtrise d’ouvrage, les institutionnels et les collectivités.
- CERQUAL Pôle International, opérateur de la certification HQE à l’international, accompagne les acteurs tout au long de leurs projets résidentiels hors de France ; la certification HQE couvre la construction, la rénovation ou l’exploitation, les opérations d’aménagement durables ainsi que la formation des professionnels et la reconnaissance des Référents certification et HQE.
- Qualitel Formation, organisme de formation spécialisé dans le domaine de la construction durable et de l’efficacité énergétique et dédié au secteur du logement.
- QUALITEL Solutions a développé CLÉA, le Carnet d’Information du Logement pour les professionnels et les particuliers, ainsi que le service d’expert ALEX, qui accompagne les particuliers et les professionnels pour évaluer la qualité d'un logement à acheter, à vendre ou à rénover.
