The Abbé Pierre Foundation is a non-profit association recognized as being of public utility since 1992. It was founded by Abbé Pierre and aims to fight against poor housing, poverty and exclusion. It is a secular and militant movement.
The Foundation has notably created a network of Solidarity Boutiques and Family Pensions, respectively unconditional reception structures for people in difficulty and living spaces for people emerging from extreme exclusion.

La Fondation Abbé Pierre est une association à but non lucratif reconnue d’utilité publique depuis 1992. Elle a été fondée par l’abbé Pierre et a pour objectif de lutter contre le mal-logement, la pauvreté et l’exclusion. C’est un mouvement laïc et militant.
La Fondation a notamment créé un réseau de Boutiques Solidarité et de Pensions de famille, respectivement structures d’accueil inconditionnel pour les personnes en difficulté et lieux de vie pour es personnes sortant de la grande exclusion.
Outre ses actions dédiées à l’accès et au maintien dans le logement, elle finance chaque année 500 associations qui luttent à ses côtés contre le mal-logement.
