Transitions Pro Île-de-France est un organisme paritaire régional interprofessionnel. Il a été créé en 1983 sous le nom de Fongecif Île-de-France. Il accueille les actifs franciliens, les accompagne dans le financement de leur projet de reconversion professionnelle dans le cadre du Projet de Transition Professionnelle notamment.
En 2018, le Fongecif Île-de-France a engagé 283,8 millions d’euros pour la formation des salariés franciliens.
