It is therefore a question of restoring equality of opportunity, overcoming the conditioning of failure through access to information and fighting against self-censorship through exemplarity.
Our method consists of organizing half-days of meetings and exchanges for middle and high school students, from 4th to 12th grade, particularly from ethnic, territorial and social diversity. These events allow them to meet professionals from diverse backgrounds, who have achieved exemplary career paths and most of whom come from the same backgrounds as them.

Notre association a pour objectif d'encourager et de conseiller les élèves qui souhaiteraient emprunter une filière d'excellence, mais qui n’osent pas, par ignorance des moyens d’accès.
Il s’agit donc de rétablir l’égalité des chances, vaincre les conditionnements d’échec par l’accès à l’information et lutter contre l’auto-censure par l’exemplarité.
Notre méthode consiste à organiser des demi-journées de rencontres et d’échanges à destination des collégiens et lycéens, de la 4e à la Terminale, plus particulièrement issus des diversités ethniques, territoriales et sociales. Ces événements leur permettent de rencontrer des professionnels d'horizons divers, ayant réussi des parcours exemplaires et pour la plupart issus des mêmes milieux qu’eux.
