L'Office eurométropoltain de tourisme, des loisirs et des congrès de Strasbourg est une association ayant pour objectif d'assurer l'accueil des visiteurs (loisirs et affaires) ainsi que la promotion touristique de Strasbourg et sa Région.
Pour cela, l'Office de Tourisme emploie une équipe de professionnels du tourisme, remplissant au quotidien 5 missions prioritaires :
- Accueillir et inciter les touristes à la découverte de la capitale de l'Alsace et de ses environs,
- Proposer une information fiable, complète et séduisante sur l'offre touristique,
- Concevoir, réaliser et diffuser la documentation touristique

- Assurer la promotion et renforcer l'image comme la notoriété de la destination "Strasbourg et sa Région" sur les marchés français et étrangers en menant une politique active de prospection, de communication et de relations publiques favorisant l'essor du tourisme individuel et collectif à Strasbourg.
