Le réseau Initiative France s'engage pour la diversité dans l'entrepreneuriat, et mène des actions dédiées pour encourager les femmes, les personnes éloignées de l'emploi (chômeurs longue durée, quartiers de la politique de la ville...), les jeunes et les seniors à se lancer dans l'aventure entrepreneuriale.
