Elle est un lien entre les professionnels des filières céréalières
Fondée en 1925 par la première promotion de l'Ecole française de meunerie (ENSMIC), elle accueille aujourd'hui tous les professionnels désireux d'apporter leur contribution au dynamisme de la filière céréalière
Mission :
1. Favoriser la rencontre des employeurs et des chercheurs d'emploi dans tous les secteurs de la filière
2. Entretenir les liens de confraternité et d'entre-aide au sein des écoles et des industries
3. Participer à la diffusion des connaissances techniques et scientifiques
4. Promouvoir les formations, les produits et les savoir-faire français à travers le monde
