· Dotar al diari digital, LLEIDA.COM, d'una estructura empresarial amb autonomia financera que asseguri la continuïtat dels serveis, permeti incorporar noves tècniques d'intercomunicació i faciliti el desenvolupament de projectes de serveis avançats derivats del coneixement tecnològic acumulat i de l'ús de la plataforma del portal.
