De parcoursen lopen door de straten van groot Venlo. De laatste meters lopen over de sfeervolle Parade met de finish voor het Limburgs Museum. De Weir Venloop biedt naast een halve marathon tevens een parcours van 10 km en 5 km aan. Daarnaast wil de Weir Venloop ook de jeugd aan het sporten krijgen en in dat kader worden er diverse lopen voor de jeugd in verschillende leeftijdscategorieën georganiseerd.
Sinds 2013 wordt er door de organisatie van de Weir Venloop ook een wandeltocht georganiseerd, de Venloop Wandeltocht. Tijdens deze wandeltocht hebben de wandelaars de keuze tussen 10, 20, 30 en 40km. Tevens wordt er deze dag een rolstoeltocht van 7,5km georganiseerd. De Weir Venloop staat voor genieten en staat bekend om de gezellige sfeer. Langs de kant van de weg staan heel veel mensen die niet alleen familie en vrienden aanmoedigen, maar alle lopers die passeren. Hele straten worden versierd. Net als de lopers wordt het publiek enthousiaster en talrijker. De Venloop beleef je samen!
