Center of Innovation PAÍS DEL CONOCIMIENTO is essentially oriented Knowledge Management organization, consultancy, advice, design research, development and innovation, supervision, oversight and implementation of programs, projects and activities on issues with the Information Technology and Communications (ICT) and Science, Technology and Innovation (ST & I), for the development, implementation and consolidation of Territories (Municipalities, Cities, Districts, Departments and Regions) Digital, Knowledge and Ubiquitous, including the implementation of processes for implementation and appropriation of ICT in public management, academia, the productive sector and organized civil society groups online government, like conducting awareness campaigns to acculturation, ownership, implementation and use of ICT in Science, Technology and Innovation.
