The Quebec Association of IT Freelancer. We are a professional association founded in 1993 as a non-profit organization. AQIII has approximately 1,400 independent IT consultants and entrepreneurs and is one of the largest pool exclusively dedicated to IT freelancing in Canada. For over 28 years, it has been facilitating the access to IT contracts for its members, developing tools for IT start-ups and supporting entrepreneurs through its peer networking activities and value-added interventions
