Since 2002, the Emergence program has supported young people from modest backgrounds towards the academic and professional success and looking for excellence.

Depuis 2002, le programme Emergence accompagne vers la réussite scolaire et professionnelle des jeunes issus de milieux modestes et à la recherche de l’excellence.
En leur ouvrant l’accès à une bourse, à un réseau professionnel et à un coaching dans la durée, Emergence permet à ces jeunes de poursuivre les études qu’ils souhaitent (souvent longues, sélectives et coûteuses) et de se construire un avenir professionnel à la hauteur de leur potentiel et de leur ambition.
Plus de 70 partenaires (lycées, universités et grandes écoles, entreprises, fondations d’entreprises, particuliers, collectivités locales, l’Etat et Aréli) contribuent à faire vivre et à développer le programme. Ils en partagent la philosophie et forment un réseau actif et bienveillant.
Depuis 2002, plus de 700 jeunes ont bénéficié d’Emergence. Plus de la moitié sont aujourd’hui diplômés et en poste.
