De nombreux modèles innovants d’habitats à destination des personnes handicapées et âgées émergent en France et en Europe : colocation de personnes cérébrolésées ou âgées, coopératives d’habitats inclusives, villages Alzheimer,... L’émergence de ces expériences est en lien avec des questionnements variés : évolution sociologique du regard de la société sur le handicap, les aspirations des personnes vulnérables à vivre comme tout le monde, le manque de places en institution, les politiques publiques de mixité et d’inclusion sociale,...
Tous ont pour point commun de répondre à des besoins en logement pour personnes vulnérables dont le nombre va augmenter, alors que les moyens à disposition par les pouvoirs publics vont en diminuant. Pour prendre soin de nos pairs, l’innovation sociale, par la création de nouveaux modèles sociaux et économiques, ouvre souvent une troisième voie, entre l’institution et la vie à domicile ou celui de l’aidant.

Comment mettre en œuvre un projet : quelles problématiques, quels leviers ? Quelles démarches concrètes quotidiennes au sein des habitats partagés ?
