1er évènement indépendant de la relation client, l'Élection du Service Client de l'Année est le concours qui a pour but de tester la qualité de la relation client des entreprises françaises.
Chaque entreprise est testée suivant le principe du client mystère et est notée selon des critères factuels tels que la personnalisation, le temps de prise en charge, la qualité de la réponse, etc. Les entreprises testées sont comparées par univers de consommation.
Un seul lauréat par catégorie est récompensé à condition d'avoir obtenu la note la plus élevée et qu'elle soit supérieure à 12,5/20.
Chaque lauréat bénéficie du logo et de la marque Élu Service Client de l'Année pendant 11 mois.
Avec un taux de notoriété de 70%, Élu Service Client de l'Année est le signe de valorisation en relation client le plus connus des Français.
