In addition to 150,000 members, SeniorWeb has 2,800 volunteers. They play a key role. For example, all 470 teaching locations rely on volunteers and help members with computer questions. In addition, volunteers supervise the online courses and help the SeniorWeb editorial team. SeniorWeb supports volunteers with training, educational materials and technical infrastructure.
SeniorWeb offers seniors understandable and tailor-made information and courses about digital applications, websites and devices. The computer magazine Enter is sent to all 150,000 members every quarter. And every week, 200,000 seniors receive the digital newsletter. The website seniorweb.nl receives 13 million visits every year. Since 1996, SeniorWeb has had more than 870,000 participants in its computer courses!

SeniorWeb gelooft dat de digitale samenleving een verrijking is voor senioren. Vandaar onze missie: zo veel mogelijk senioren wegwijs maken in de digitale wereld. De combinatie van educatie, informatie en computerhulp, maakt SeniorWeb uniek.
SeniorWeb biedt:
• Computercursussen in 470 leslocaties in Nederland en online
• Deskundige computerhulp via telefoon, internet en aan huis
• Een uitgebreide website met dagelijks nieuwe artikelen, tips en nieuws
• Een hooggewaardeerd tijdschrift Enter met artikelen, reportages en workshops
• Computerboeken voor senioren
Naast 150.000 leden, heeft SeniorWeb 2.800 vrijwilligers. Zij vervullen een sleutelrol. Zo draaien alle 470 leslocaties op de inzet van vrijwilligers en helpen ze leden bij computervragen. Daarnaast begeleiden vrijwilligers de online cursussen en helpen ze de SeniorWeb-redactie. SeniorWeb ondersteunt de vrijwilligers met trainingen, educatiemateriaal en technische infrastructuur.
SeniorWeb biedt senioren begrijpelijke en op maat gemaakte informatie en cursussen over digitale toepassingen, websites en apparaten. Het computertijdschrift Enter wordt elk kwartaal naar alle 150.000 leden verstuurd. En elke week ontvangen 200.000 senioren de digitale nieuwsbrief. Jaarlijks ontvangt de website seniorweb.nl 13 miljoen bezoeken. Sinds 1996 heeft SeniorWeb al meer dan 870.000 deelnemers aan de computercursussen gehad!
