GasTerra is located in an office building in the city center of Groningen. The building, which dates from the 1980s, was completely renovated and modernized in 2012. The installation of solar panels, triple glazing, heat-cold storage and LED screens, among other things, ensured that the building received the high energy label A+. This is in line with GasTerra's aim to keep the burden on the environment as a result of its business operations as low as possible. GasTerra is groothandelaar in aardgas en groen gas. We kopen gas van binnen- en buitenlandse producenten en op de vrije gasmarkt. Onze klantenkring bestaat uit energiebedrijven, industrieën en andere grootafnemers.
Daarnaast biedt de onderneming diensten aan die gerelateerd zijn aan de gashandel. Dankzij onze sterke inkooppositie zijn we een belangrijke schakel in de Nederlandse en West-Europese energievoorziening.
GasTerra is gevestigd in een kantoorpand in de binnenstad van Groningen. Het gebouw, dat uit de jaren tachtig dateert, werd in 2012 volledig gerenoveerd en gemoderniseerd. De installatie van onder meer zonnepanelen, driedubbel glas, warmte-koude-opslag en led-schermen zorgden ervoor dat het pand het hoge energielabel A+ heeft gekregen. Dit sluit aan bij GasTerra’s streven om de belasting op het milieu ten gevolge van zijn bedrijfsvoering zo laag mogelijk te houden. Op 4 april 2013 werd het pand officieel geopend door (toen nog) prins Willem-Alexander.
