L'Autre Soie est un projet innovant de ville inclusive qui réunira sur 23 500 m2, différentes formes d’habitat (locatif, colocatif, accession, hébergement, foyer) ainsi qu'un équipement culturel (salle de spectacle, auditorium, résidences de création...), des espaces d’accueil, de coworking, avec des fonctions de formation, d’animation et d’économie sociale et solidaire.
