Cordia, subsidiary of the Hungarian Futureal Group is a leading residential real estate developer in Central and Eastern Europe. The developer has been present on three markets in the CEE region: Hungary, Poland and Romania for over 15 years. So far, the company has built 230,000 sqm of residential real estate, while further 685,000 sqm is under construction.

Cordia has 13 ongoing projects and 3700 apartments being built in Hungary at the moment. In Poland, the company has been intensively developing its activities since 2015. Currently, it has ongoing investments in Krakow and Warsaw covering a total of over 500 apartments. In Romania, Cordia develops nearly 500 apartments in Bucharest in a total area of approximately 35,000 sqm.

The company aims to provide safe, liveable, modern apartments with unique architectural solutions. Cordia has already received several awards for its development projects, including its outstanding urban renewal project, Corvin Promenade in the capital of Hungary, which is the largest inner-city urban regeneration project in the CEE region. In 2010, the project received the European Commercial Property Award for the Best Mixed Use Development of Europe and in 2014, the company received the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Global Award for Excellence, considered to be the Oscars of city and real estate development industry.
