• The origins of the PTCE UVI:
The initiative, launched in July 2022, mobilized 34 members and partners in just 3 months. The traction is strong and the momentum has built: the territory and the actors are ready and have already carried out very significant work in record time.
• A solid collective
The main objective of our PTCE is to create a massive collective dynamic, a fundamental movement making it possible to initiate and then energize an evolution in the posture of Amiens actors towards more inclusive, more cooperative economic development, and more protective for our framework of life.
• An ambition around 3 pillars:
1. Animation of cooperation around an already very dense collective;
2. Project support based on the Machinery incubator which aims to co-construct a powerful support tool including project support “without project leader” with, ultimately, departmental contours;
3. A desire, from the start of the project, to involve citizens by relying on the “territorial start-up” method – drawing on the experience of our PTCE Sponsor of Romans-sur-Isère – via the annual organization of a major event to mobilize citizens and PTCE stakeholders: the “KatalyZe Session”Original language

• Les origines du PTCE UVI :
L'initiative, lancée en juillet 2022, a mobilisé 34 membres et partenaires en à peine 3 mois. La traction est forte et la dynamique a pris : le territoire et les acteurs sont prêts et ont déjà mené un travail très significatif en un temps record.
• Un collectif solide
L’objectif principal de notre PTCE est de créer une dynamique collective massive, un mouvement de fond permettant d’enclencher puis de dynamiser une évolution de posture des acteurs Amiénois vers un développement économique plus inclusif, plus coopératif, et plus protecteur pour notre cadre de vie.
• Une ambition autours de 3 piliers :
1. Une animation des coopérations autours d’un collectif déjà très dense ;
2. Un accompagnement de projet s’appuyant sur l’incubateur de la Machinerie qui se donne comme ambition de coconstruire un puissant outil d’accompagnement incluant l’accompagnement de projet « sans porteur de projet » avec un contours, à termes, départemental ;
3. Une volonté, dès le début du projet, d’impliquer les citoyens en nous appuyant sur la méthode « start-up de territoire » – en s’appuyant sur l’expérience de notre PTCE Parrain de Romans-sur-Isère – via l’organisation annuelle d’un grand évènement de mobilisation des citoyens et des parties prenantes du PTCE : la « KatalyZe Session »
