With a 10 year-experience of industrial and in-house R&D, CERHUM has applied these additive manufacturing capabilities to bioceramics and in particular hydroxyapatite which is a well-known, tried and tested material in the medical world. The company has delivered on several R&D projects to strengthen its understanding of the material and the manufacturing process.
We act as a Medical Device CDMO, providing thousands of parts and development as a subcontractor for big players, mainly in orthopedic surgeries. Our CDMO activities are both on the development and production aspects for thousands of parts as a subcontractor for large players, mainly in the field of orthopedics.
Our multidisciplinary team of experts manages the entire production process: from raw materials and 3D printing to the final product. We help companies model, choose the best material and then manufacture parts, from prototype to series.
