    Strongly involved in various national and international structures, we are present in various bodies such as: the Alsace Competitiveness Cluster, the RTRA Chemistry Center of Excellence, the National Chemical Library, the Network of Screening Platforms, various French and European networks , etc.

    Located at the Faculty of Pharmacy on the Illkirch Campus, we currently bring together 3 teams competent in organic synthesis, therapeutic chemistry, molecular modeling, pharmacognosy, cell biology and molecular pharmacology.

    Whether to explore living things or to develop drugs, it is necessary to understand the physiopathological role of biomolecules, isolated or within integrated systems, and to do this, to provide the scientific community with original, relevant, specific, effective molecules. .     Notre Laboratoire est labellisé par l'Université de Strasbourg et le CNRS (UMR7200). Nos équipes appartiennent au Pôle d’excellence ‘Frontier Research in Chemistry’ et certaines sont labellisées par le Labex Médicament - Médalis.
    Fortement impliqués dans diverses structures nationales et internationales, nous sommes présents dans diverses instances telles que : le Pôle de Compétitivité Alsace, le Pôle d'Excellence RTRA Chimie, la Chimiothèque Nationale, le Réseau des Plates-formes de criblage, divers réseaux français et européens, etc.

    Localisé à la Faculté de Pharmacie sur le Campus d'Illkirch, nous regroupons actuellement 3 équipes compétentes en synthèse organique, chimie thérapeutique, modélisation moléculaire, pharmacognosie, biologie cellulaire et pharmacologie moléculaire.

    Que ce soit pour explorer le Vivant ou pour développer des médicaments, il est nécessaire de comprendre le rôle physiopathologique de biomolécules, isolées ou au sein de systèmes intégrés, et pour cela de fournir à la communauté scientifique des molécules originales, pertinentes, spécifiques, efficaces. C'est le cadre général et très ouvert de la mission que nous nous fixons.
