PRO_MOV by Reskilling 4 Employment is the national program that is part of the European R4E initiative, designed by the European Round Table for Industry (ERT), a European executive forum whose mission is to promote competitiveness and prosperity in Europe, promoting the training of professionals for the jobs of the future through requalification and integration into the job market. The goal of R4E is to reskill 1 million Europeans by 2025.
PRO_MOV began in 2021, led by Sonae, in collaboration with Nestlé and Sap, side by side with the public sector, through the Institute of Employment and Professional Training (IEFP), in close cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, Solidarity and Social Security. The Business Roundtable Portugal Association (BRP) and CIP, the Portuguese Business Confederation, are key partners in the project, bringing it scale through the entry of numerous Portuguese companies from the most varied sectors.
At the moment, the PRO_MOV ecosystem has more than 70 companies in Portugal and 7 laboratories in action: Digital, Green Jobs, Health, Industry, Agriculture, Sales and Business Intelligence.

O PRO_MOV by Reskilling 4 Employment é o programa nacional que se insere na iniciativa europeia R4E, concebido pela European Round Table for Industry (ERT), fórum europeu de executivos cuja missão passa pela promoção da competitividade e a prosperidade na Europa, promovendo a formação de profissionais para os empregos de futuro através da requalificação e integração no mercado de trabalho. O objetivo do R4E é requalificar 1 milhão de europeus até 2025.
O PRO_MOV teve início em 2021, liderado pela Sonae,em colaboração com a Nestlé e Sap, lado a lado com o setor público, através do Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional (IEFP), em estreita cooperação com o Ministério do Trabalho, Solidariedade e Segurança Social. A Associação Business Roundtable Portugal (BRP) e a CIP, Confederação Empresarial de Portugal, são parceiros fundamentais do projeto, trazendo-lhe escala através da entrada de inúmeras empresas portuguesas dos mais variados setores.
Neste momento o ecossistema PRO_MOV conta com mais de 70 empresas em Portugal e 7 laboratórios em ação: Digital, Green Jobs, Saúde, Indústria, Agricultura, Vendas e Business Intelligence.
