L’association Occitanie Europe regroupe aujourd’hui 24 membres : la Région Occitanie Pyrénées-Méditerranée, les Conseils départementaux de l’Ariège, de l'Aude, du Gers, de la Haute-Garonne, des Hautes-Pyrénées, de l'Hérault, du Lot, du Tarn, du Tarn et Garonne, Toulouse Métropole, Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole, la Communauté d’agglomération du SICOVAL, la Communauté d'agglomération du Pays de l'Or, la Communauté d'agglomération Hérault-Méditerranée, la Communauté d'agglomération d'Alès, la Communauté d’agglomération du Bassin de Thau, la Communauté d'agglomération de Nîmes Métropole, la Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Narbonne, la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de la région Occitanie, la Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat, l’Université Fédérale Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées, Trifyl et Tisséo Collectivités.
Afin de renforcer son positionnement à Bruxelles mais aussi y promouvoir l’ensemble des potentialités, forces et pôles d’excellence présents sur le territoire, l’association s’est ainsi ouverte cette année à l’ensemble des collectivités et organismes concernés par les politiques de l’Union européenne dans la région Occitanie Pyrénées Méditerranée.
