Porté par un plan stratégique Transform'BTP ambitieux et après une première expérience d'open innovation (Winnov', le challenge interne d'idées), le CCCA-BTP décide d'aller encore plus loin avec le lancement de son Laboratoire d'innovations : WinLab'.
WinLab’ capitalise sur la finale du Winnov’ et les Ambassadeurs Innovation pour accélérer la transformation des formations professionnelles dans le secteur du BTP.
WinLab’ sera orienté vers la veille externe, et nouera des partenariats stratégiques avec des startups, grands groupes et laboratoires de recherche afin d’anticiper les grands changements à venir dans le secteur du BTP - notamment ceux causés par l’innovation digitale et la révolution technologique.
Les demandes dans le secteur du bâtiment et de la construction sont amenés à changer avec les révolutions technologiques, et il est essentiel de collaborer avec les acteurs externes qui façonnent déjà le monde de demain.
En collaborant avec des acteurs stratégiques du BTP, de tailles et d’horizons différents, le CCCA-BTP va insuffler une nouvelle dynamique dans son réseau et capitaliser sur le potentiel créatif et innovant de ses centres de formation.
