Le groupe Altémed est né d’un rapprochement entre ACM HABITAT Office Public de l’Habitat de Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole, 1er bailleur social public de la région Occitanie et du groupe SERM-SA3M, qui met en œuvre des projets urbains de la Ville de Montpellier, de la Métropole et de ses communes.
