Board of Good is a non-profit initiative focused on empowering Mauritian women leaders who embody moral and ethical leadership, by:

- Promoting access of these women leaders to Board and Leadership positions
- Supporting the next generations of women leaders
- Building trusted connections and lifelong friendships through continuous sharing and learning from each other

By supporting women leaders, we aim to create a positive impact in the way boards and leadership teams make decisions for the world today,
​and influence change for tomorrow.

Over time, we expect our work to grow the impact economy,
​and contribute to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals ('SDGs'):
Good Health and Well-Being, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Reduced Inequalities, and Climate Action.
