Depuis sa création en 2009, l’association Energie Jeunes agit au service de la réussite scolaire de tous. Elle est Reconnue d’Utilité Publique et agréée par le Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale.
En étroite collaboration avec les enseignants et les personnels de direction des établissements scolaires, elle offre aux collégiens l’opportunité d’apprendre à aimer apprendre.
Son action bénéficie chaque année à 120 000 jeunes, dans les territoires les moins favorisés, partout en France métropolitaine ainsi qu’à la Réunion, grâce à l’engagement de bénévoles, de jeunes volontaires en service civique et au soutien d’entreprises et de fondations philanthropiques.
Mis au point avec l’aide d’un Comité Scientifique composé d’experts de premier plan, ses programmes pédagogiques sont particulièrement innovants. La méthode d’Energie Jeunes est basée sur des interventions courtes, dans les salles de classe, avec la participation du professeur principal.
La formation Energie Jeunes provoque des déclics psychologiques chez les jeunes pour agir sur la construction de l’autodiscipline, compétence socle qui permet aux élèves de, progressivement, aimer apprendre.
Une vaste étude scientifique, supervisée par les pouvoirs publics, conclut à un impact « remarquable » de l’action d’Energie Jeunes sur « l’état d’esprit » et « les résultats scolaires » des élèves qui en bénéficient.
