As a not-for-profit organization, the NYWCC is devoted to empowering and improving the quality of life for women and minorities in the New York area by providing the resources, education, counseling and coaching, access to capital, and an active network of women to help you achieve business and professional success.

Our vision is to build a community in which its members assist and teach fellow women and minorities how to become successful entrepreneurs, accomplished professionals and effective leaders of our society. Furthermore, we aspire to create a supportive networking system and equal opportunities in an environment in which women can grow, reach their utmost potential and achieve success.
