Its creation was derived from a clear lack of funding opportunities in the early-stage sector in México and a need for investors to look out for new ventures and small businesses with high potential that are in search of capital. The model was inspired by the traditional model of angel investing, which led to the development of some of the biggest companies in developed countries.
