Women in Digital Initiatives Luxembourg Asbl was a non profit organisation initiated in Luxembourg in 2013 and officially founded in 2014 and acting as WIDE (Women in Digital Empowerment) until 2022.

Now, we are a social enterprise under the name WIDE ANDCO!

Our mission is still to allow more women to have access to digital-related opportunities and give more visibility to those women. The under-representation of women in the digital world is an important issue both at an economic and a social level.

Our S.I.S empowers women with and thanks to new technologies, supports women in gaining critical skills and confidence to succeed in the digital world.

To do so we work on three pillars: Networking, Confidence Building and Skill Acquisition.
